Yard Card Rental Agreement:

Yard Card Rental Payment and Delivery Policy
1. There is much care and planning put into the details of your requested rental. Therefore, payment in full is required to officially reserve your date and reservation. Non-payment will result in an automatic cancellation of your rental. Reservations made 24 hours prior to the delivery date are considered a Rush Delivery and are an additional $25 Fee.

2. Set up is between 6pm-11pm the day before your rental. Pick up is between 6pm-11pm the day of your rental. Specific set up and pick up times cannot be guaranteed due to the number of bookings per day. There is a $15 Additional Day fee for beyond the 24 hr rental. There is a 3 day maximum for all rentals.
1. Summer Graduation rental set up is 8am-11pm the day before the rental. Pick up is on Day 3 (three) of rental. Specific set up and pick up times can not be guaranteed due to the number of bookings per day. Please contact us for Winter Graduation Specifics.

3. Delivery is free and there are no shipping costs. An additional travel fee of $55 may be required for certain zip codes.

4. If this rental is a surprise gift, the purchaser agrees to notify someone at the delivery address of Yard Card Genie LLC policies. By booking with Yard Card Genie LLC, the purchaser and the recipient of the rental agrees to the following:
1. No removal, moving, or touching of any of the yard cards.
2. No attachments whatsoever to the yard cards. Up to and including balloons, streamers, etc.
3. No cleaning or damage of yard cards. If the yard cards are damaged at the delivery address, the purchaser agrees to pay for cleaning and/or replacement of yard cards. No one is required to be at the delivery address at time of set up or pick up.

5. If you are unsure as to whether your custom rental will fit the yard, you may send a picture of the space of the anticipated rental within 48 hours of the rental date. Unless otherwise agreed upon with Yard Card Genie LLC, all rentals are placed in the front yard of the delivery address. This is for your protection and ours as we do set up and pick up after hours. This is especially important when days are shorter, and it gets dark sooner.
6. Genies use the delivery address provided by you to locate the delivery address. It is important that you triple check the delivery address to ensure you have provided the correct delivery address. If the delivery address provided by you is incorrect, Genies will try to contact you immediately. If we are unable to deliver your custom yard card because of an incorrect address provided by you, you will be charged a $65 fee for travel and planning and your rental will be cancelled and your rental fee is non-refundable.
7. We do request that window blinds and curtains are closed, and front porch lights remain ON during set up time frames. We still seek to maintain the surprise element of your rental. A picture of your home is requested so that our Genies can locate your property correctly, since they will be setting up and picking up rentals at night.

8.Purchaser agrees to adhere to delivery address HOA and other neighborhood rules regarding yard card rentals. Yard Card Genie, LLC is not responsible for any fines or fees as a result of the rental.
9. Genies can only install yard cards on front lawns. We define a “lawn” as an area of soil covered land planted with grass only.

10. Watering lawns for a couple days leading up to your set up, and a mowed lawn makes a happy Genie. Stakes need to be secured 6 inches into the lawn. If our Genies are unable to set up because the lawn is not prepped properly, there is a $65 fee for travel and planning. Arrange lawn crews to be finished with lawn care before set up or after pick up of your custom yard card rental.

11. Yard Card Genie LLC cleans yard cards after each rental. Normal wear and tear is expected with yard cards because of the nature of use. We do replace yard cards when we deem it necessary so as to offer the upmost quality in the appearance of our yard card rental.

12. Barbie and Avenger Stand In Box Rental:
1. Only a paid in full reservation officially reserves the date.
2. Dimensions are 4-feet high, 2-feet long. It’s best suited a child/kid vs. an adult.
3. For both indoor and outdoor events, the display will be installed and removed the same day of the event. No overnight, 1-day rental fee.
4. The display can only be installed in grass if used outside. We use metal stakes to secure it in the ground.
5. To reserve, renter will need to read and sign the Yard Card and Custom Favor Agreement if booking online, or the Barbie and Avenger Box Agreement if booking via email.
6. No attachments whatsoever whether the rental is used inside or outside.
7. Once installed the Stand In Box cannot be moved or removed. Do not lean on as this could damage the display.
8. Yard Card Genie LLC is not liable for any personal property damage or personal injury when using the Stand In Box rental.
9. Do not not damage the Stand In Box. If the Stand In Box is damaged while rented at the delivery address, the purchaser agrees to pay for cleaning and/or replacement of Stand In Box and will be billed.

​Refunds and Cancellations Policy
1. We will not offer refunds under any circumstances. Rather a credit will be issued on your Yard Card Genie LLC account and will applied in full towards your next reservation.
2. We understand that life happens. Therefore, we ask that you notify us 48 hours prior that your custom yard cards rental is delivered. If we ARE NOT notified 48 hours prior to your intended cancellation, you will not receive a customer credit on to your Yard Card Genies LLC customer account. We can be notified by email or phone.
3. If we ARE notified 48 hours prior to your custom yard card rental, you will receive 100% of your rental fee to your Yard Card Genie LLC customer account and can be used in full towards your next reservation. We can be notified by email or phone.
4. Our Genies reserve the right to cancel a set up if he or she feels it is unsafe to set up or pick up your rental. This includes denied access to the delivery address. We will contact you immediately if this happens and will work with you to either rectify the situation, or to arrange an alternate date and time which is subject to availability.
5. Severe weather can play a role in the timing of the set up and pick up of your yard card rental. Yard Card Genie LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a set up or pick up of your custom rental. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and will work with you to arrange an alternate date and time. An alternate date and time is subject to availability. We define severe weather as heavy rain, hail, lightening, winter storms and blizzards, and heavy winds. If your custom yard card display does happen to be noticeably moved because of weather, please contact us via email or phone so that we can re-install. A fee may be assessed for travel.

Damages and Personal Injury Policy
1. The purchaser and recipient (if different from the purchaser), agree to the following:
1. Do not remove, move, destroy or touching of any of the yard cards including the advertising sign for Yard Card Genie LLC.
2. No attachments whatsoever to the yard cards. Up to and including balloons, streamers, etc.
3. Do not clean yard cards.
4. Do not damage yard cards. If the yard cards are damaged while rented at the delivery address, the purchaser agrees to pay for cleaning and/or replacement of yard cards and will be billed.
2. Yard Card Genie LLC and Genies are not liable for any personal property damage or personal injury when setting up, during yard card rental, or while picking up yard cards.
3. Please keep pets away from yard cards. Damages as a result of pets will be assessed a fee for cleaning and/or replacement of yard cards.
4. Turn off all sprinkler systems for the duration of your rental.

Photo and Advertisement Use Policy
1. We love that you love your surprise yard cards! We encourage you to stand next to, pose next to and take pictures of your custom rental. Please do not touch, remove, move or lean on yard cards. Please be mindful of children when taking photos.

2. Unless you notify us not to do so, you agree to allow Yard Card Genie LLC to use a picture of your custom rental for advertising on our website, email, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts. Yard Card Genie LLC owns all yard card property.

3. An advertising sign for Yard Card Genie LLC will be placed alongside your yard card rental for advertising purposes.

Custom Party Favors Agreement:
Payment and Delivery Policy
1. There is much care and planning put into the details of your request. Therefore, payment in full is required to officially reserve your date. Non-payment will result in an automatic cancellation of your request and date.
2. Delivery is free for Calvert and St. Mary's County. An additional travel fee of $55 may be required for certain zip codes. Please contact us for information on shipping outside of those counties and out of state.
3. Delivery times may vary and will be based on location of delivery and the amount of other reservation requests.

4. Genies use the delivery address provided by you to locate the delivery address. It is important that you triple check the delivery address to ensure you have provided the correct delivery address. If the delivery address provided by you is incorrect, Genies will try to contact you immediately. If we are unable to deliver your custom party favors because of an incorrect address provided by you, you will be charged a $65 fee for travel and planning. Every effort will be made to plan to deliver to the correct delivery address.
5. In the event that your event is rescheduled, the agreed upon delivery date will not be changed. Unless both you and Yard Card Genie LLC come up with an agreed date and time of delivery.

Refunds and Cancellations Policy
1. Payment is required in full to officially reserve your date. We will not offer refunds under any circumstances once inventory for your custom favors has been purchased.

2. We understand that life happens. Therefore, we ask that you notify us 5 business days prior to your custom favor delivery date. If we ARE NOT notified 5 business days prior to your intended cancellation, you will not receive a full refund since all supplies and materials will have been purchased by then.

Customization and Pricing
1. There is much care and planning put into the details of each custom party favor order request. Pricing is based on up to 3 hours of combined digital designing, editing, and assembling of your favors.
1. Editing: Client is allowed up to two (2) edit requests. Editing requests must be received 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. Each editing request after two (2) will be a charge of $5 per request, with a maximum of 4 edits requests.
2. Every attempt will be made to honor specific color scheme requests. For example, Tiffany Blue versus Teal. Or Navy Blue versus Royal Blue. Because of ever-changing ink levels, ink suppliers, and materials, we cannot guarantee a specific color scheme. A watermarked sample may be requested anytime up to 5 days prior as all supplies and materials will have been purchased by then. You may contact us via email or phone.
3. Pricing for all orders will be in quoted in groups of 12. For instance, 1-12, 13-24, 25-36, etc. We will not break groups into smaller quantiles, unless under extreme cases. Please contact us via email or phone to discuss these circumstances prior.
4. The types of custom party favors can vary and are based on availability and inventory.
5. The cost of goods and supplies does vary from time to time; therefore, we do reserve the right to increase or lower prices based on industry standards.
